deliverIT CT (formerly Connecticar or Ccar) is Connecticut's statewide library delivery service. deliverIT CT transports about 1.5 million library items per year to 215 public and academic libraries in the state.
These are blank deliverIT CT routing slips in Word and PDF formats. You can use the Word version to edit the slip, for example by adding your library name and route number, before printing the slip.

If you open the spreadsheet and get a “Security Warning” just below the menu bar, you can click “Options” and then “Enable this content” and then OK and then the label should work. If you keep getting the Security Wanting, you can set a folder as a “Trusted Location” and files in that folder will open with the active content already enabled (i.e. no warnings).
To set a folder as a "Trusted Location," save the file in a folder. I created a “Ccar Slips” folder on my C: drive and put the Ccar slips file in that folder, now I want to ‘trust’ that folder / location. To set the folder as a ‘Trusted Location,’ try this:

You can use the Word version to edit the slip, for example by adding your library name and route number, before printing the slip.
