Governor Lamont Announces Connecticut Moves Toward Phase 3 Reopening on October 8

Business changes in Phase 3 will include: Increase from 50 percent to 75 percent capacity indoors – subject to COVID-19 safety requirements – for restaurants, personal services, hair salons, barber shops, and libraries.

Service Center Consolidation: Middletown and Willimantic Library Service Center collections have been reduced and consolidated at Middletown. The Willimantic Library Service Center has closed.

  • To search for large print books online, visit our catalog. Items will be sent to your library via deliverIT CT. If you have questions about the catalog or your account, please call 860-704-2200.
  • To browse stacks and check books out in person, please visit the Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.
