Competency-Based Career Planning for Reference and User Services Professionals by Division of Library Development staff assist library boards and other library hiring authorities when they need to hire a new library director. We provide resources on hiring as well as professional advice on the search process. DLD staff are also available to serve on search committees and interview panels.
