Maintenance: Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 10 PM  Please be advised that fulfILLment will be down for maintenance and upgrades  beginning Wednesday, March 24^th at 10 PM through Tuesday March 30th. We expect to back online after testing on Wednesday March 31st.. FulfILLment software is built on top of the Evergreen ILS software. Recently, the Evergreen baseline for FulfILLment has been upgraded from 2.7 to 3.6 (a dozen versions!), and this means that the many improvements to Evergreen available in those versions will now be made available to FulfILLment.

Maintenance: Saturday, March 3, 2018, starting at 9 pm: findIT CT and requestIT will be undergoing maintenance and will be offline starting at 9 pm on Saturday, March 3. Both services should be back online sometime on Sunday, March 4. During this downtime, we will be working to reclaim storage space on the server. 

Emergency Maintenance: Friday, May 12, 2017, starting at 8 pm. - findIT CT will be undergoing emergency maintenance starting at 8 pm Friday, May 12th and lasting several hours. There will be interruptions in service during this time. Thank you for your patience.

Maintenance: Sunday, May 7, 2017, 6 am to noon - findIT CT will be undergoing maintenance starting at 6 am Sunday, May 7th and lasting several hours. There will be interruptions in service during this time. Thank you for your patience.

Hardware: Servers and equipment that run the findIT CT catalog are located at Digital Back Office (DBO) in Wilton, CT. DBO’s data centers are directly connected to the Connecticut Education Network (CEN), so findIT CT is taking full advantage of CEN lines. 

Backups: Full backups of findIT CT are performed on the first Sunday of each month starting at 12:05 am and they have been completing within two hours. Incremental backups of findIT CT are performed every other day starting at 12:05 am and they have been completing within one hour. findIT CT users will experience no downtime during backups.  

System Maintenance: We have established a regular period of time in order to perform preventative maintenance on the findIT CT server and system. The maintenance window for findIT CT will be Sundays from 6 am to noon. We expect maintenance to occur about once or twice per month. 

findIT CT may be offline for all or part of the maintenance window. Users trying to access findIT during this time will receive a message saying the system is down for maintenance. On Fridays before maintenance is to be performed, we will put a banner at the top of the findIT CT search page alerting users to the maintenance window.
