National Public Library Chart and Report Creators

National Public Library Chart & Report Creator FY2021 [Excel]
Creates charts that compare your library to libraries in your state and the nation, including just those that have a similar population. Uses the latest data (2021) available from the Public Library Survey released by the Institute of Museum and Library Services in July 2023. Will be updated with the next year's data as soon as it becomes available.

Library Search and Compare tool from IMLS
This online tool from IMLS uses data from their FY2021 Public Libraries Survey. You can compare your library with others across the country based on number of branches, circulation, revenue, staff, service population, visits, and programs.
