About this workshop series

Practical Management of Public Libraries is a new series under the Lead Your Library trainings. These are introductory workshops for public library administrators dealing with hands-on challenges faced every day. Included in this series will be workshops on the trustee and library director relationship, overview of the Handbook for CT Library Directors, facility management, supervision and HR basics, and budgeting and financial reporting.
