Funded by the State of Connecticut and the Institute of Museums and Library Services, Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA), the Division of Library Development (DLD) provides leadership, funding, education, and statewide services that enhance the ability of Connecticut libraries to deliver high-quality library services to their communities.
