borrowIT CT (Connecticard) Regulations

Regulations as amended January 1994:

CONNECTICARD is a program of resource sharing among public libraries statewide. The program is supported with state funding and administered by the Connecticut State Library, Division of Library Development and Administrative Services.

[Note: If a library issues a card to a resident of another state it may not be used as a Connecticard. The card must be clearly marked "for use in the (issuing library) only."]
