If you are experiencing an error with logging in with multi-factor authentication, we have identified two possible root causes.

• Incompatible browser: Please ensure that you are using a Chrome browser. For more information, please visit our "Web Browsers" section of the E-rate Productivity Center page.
   
• Cookie blocking browser plug in: Try adding “ https://usac.okta.com “ as a trusted cookie source.
