DLD Minis: Home

DLD Minis are regular 30-minute (or less!) virtual sessions with different DLD staff and your questions answered.

What are DLD Minis?

DLD Minis are 30 minute (or less!) virtual sessions with staff on a variety of DLD programs, services, or initiatives. Each Mini will focus on one specific topic allowing for an information deep dive and giving staff space to answer your specific questions.

All Mini's will be recorded for reference and education of new library workers.

Primo

Every library has an online public access catalog (OPAC). Some libraries have Lion, some have Koha, the CT State Library has Primo. For 30 minutes learn to use this unique catalog to request items from the Middletown Library Service Center, check what items are on your account, and learn a few tips and tricks for requesting items.

DLD LibGuides Home Page

Way back in November, DLD revealed an all-new DLD LibGuides Home Page. We had our eyes towards accessibility so the new DLD home page is designed to be user friendly and allow visitors to find what they are looking for quickly and easily.  If you do not have us bookmarked already, take a moment to do so and you can follow along with this webinar live or on the recording.
