Virtual Site Visit:
One-time virtual visit to each library, approx. 120 minutes each, time to be scheduled with each team on either December 6 or 7.
On-site Coaching at home libraries:
One-time in-person visit to each library, approx. three hours each, to be scheduled between May 13 and May 16. Requires full team participation.
Project implementation at home libraries:
February - August, 2019
Final reports due September 6, 2019.

Each team will be eligible for a grant of $2,000 to help cover travel and personnel expenses. This grant will be disbursed after the first training session.
