Report a Problem

Many access problems are caused by incompatible browsers and firewall configurations. Please be sure you have checked the following:

Problems requesting an item?

  • If you are unsure how to request an item in Find Books (the statewide library catalog), please see this tip.
  • If you are unsure how to track the status of your requests, please see this tip.
  • Requests for items in the statewide library catalog are processed in accordance with the policies of the local borrowing and lending libraries that participate in this service; if you have questions about the status of your request, please contact your local library. Note: Items such as DVDs and audio books may be difficult to obtain through this service.
